“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1: 3
Our Father in heaven has given every believer throne rights with his Son. He sees the cross and the blood Jesus shed for us. He knows Jesus overcame death and rose the Victor. Jesus fought the battle on earth so we could share his victory in heaven.
Believers are those who direct their faith heavenward. They take their place with Jesus, the Victor, and enter into his seat of power. At his throne they share with Christ a high level of intercession from a heavenly perspective.
Words on a church bulletin board caught the attention of those passing by: “Some people are so heavenly minded they are of no earthly good!”
The reversed statement could be added, “Some people are so earthly minded they have no heavenly perspective for the challenges of life.”
WHAT IS YOUR PERSPECTIVE when you pray...HEAVENLY OR EARTHLY?
RAISE YOUR FAITH TOWARDS HEAVEN: Speak his name and be seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. PRAISE GOD for the power of Jesus blood. We are heirs of the Father, we are joint-heirs with the Son. We are children of the kingdom..Amen!
Prayer: I lift my eyes to you Jesus and turn away from the mesmerizing circumstances of this world. I ask for your heavenly perspective on the things that concern me. I believe that you have good planned for me in this world. I thank you that you have given me the Holy Spirit who will lead me and empower me to walk in this world with your joyful perspective and the power to see things change. Amen
