“He who conceals his sins does not prosper; but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.” Proverbs 29:13

King Solomon, known for his wisdom, was inspired to write as a father to his son. ''If you're up-front and take responsibility for wrong things you do, you will find success.'

God the Father wants you, his child, to achieve success with a clear conscience. If you want that to happen, you must be open and honest with God. Those with secret sins are likely to live in fear of being found out.

When you feel something from your past must remain concealed in order to gain approval, remember God honors honesty. He rewards those who take responsibility for their wrongs. He is merciful.

BE RELEASED FROM THE FEAR OF REJECTION: HAVE FAITH TO CONFESS SECRET SIN.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, help me to be honest with you and others. There is no such thing as secret sin, for your eyes see my heart. I confess my sin and believe you are able to cleanse me. Free me from the fear of exposure. I renounce my sin and I want to leave it. I need your mercy. In Jesus' name, Amen.
