Still feel sometimes that you are not good enough, faithful enough, strong enough, holy enough to approach heaven's throne? Before you beat yourself with self-condemnation, drop the whip in your hand. Go, empty-handed, just as you are, to where Jesus sits enthroned. The nail pierced hand of King Jesus extends towards you. His scepter of heavenly authority gives you grace, undeserved favor.
Come by faith to the throne of grace in prayer. All God's gifts are within your reach. The Father has sent the Holy Spirit to guide you into life in the kingdom.
There is no end to what you will find in the Kingdom of God, all the gifts and benefits! It is hard to find words to describe how Christ, your King, transforms your life. And it's only the start. There is always more for you until the King returns.
Just think -- All things are yours: God never gives up on you! Remember, His constant Presence is your constant assurance. Christ in you shares His life with you. As a child of the King, the Kingdom of God is within you.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I am glad you have not given up on me. I want to live as a child of the King, but I cannot do it without you. I know that is why you asked the Father to send the Holy Spirit. I invite the Holy Spirit to teach me to pray with kingdom authority. Increase my faith to receive the gifts you offer. Holy Spirit, teach me the Scriptures and how to pray in the Spirit. Lead me into kingdom - living. Thank you. I humbly bow. I fully yield. I surrender. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
